We had two trials with 28 control sera for interlaboratory quality assessment in immunoserology in 1991 among the 221 paticipanting laboratories in Korea. Seven immunosrlogy items included were ABO, Widal test, C-Reactive Protein, Reumatoid
Factor,
Serologic test for Syphilis, HBsAg, and Anti-HBs.
The results of all items show improved correct answer rate as the review of the datas between 1989 to 1991, especially in the analysis of the STS, HBsAg, and Anti-HBs. Above remarkable improvement for the quality assessment in seroimmunology are
considered that many participants were attended to workshop actively, and have been trying to obtain the self-confidence in their own labratories contineously.
